J. Johson Bissell, a native Charlestonian, re-joined the firm in 2000 as a commercial and investment property sales associate. Mr. Bissell attended The Citadel for 2 years and later received a BS degree in education from Southern Illinois University and an MBM from Central Michigan University. Bissell was with the predecessor firm, Read & Read, for 8 years in the 1970's and was C&I's top producer for 5 of those years. Bissell is a member of The South Carolina Society, The Carolina Yacht Club, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife and two children.
